At American Water, our customers are our number one priority. Here you'll find useful information about your service, your bill, and your rights and responsibilities as an American Water customer. 

We’ve always offer 24-hour customer service, but now that service is even more convenient. With our new self-service website, My H2O Online, residential customers can set up an account, keep track of water use and pay bills when it is convenient. You can even request a time to have your service turned on or off.

You can also read and download your local water quality reports and turn-on or turn-off service.
