At the same time, we work to raise public awareness of the true value of water, which is critical to the success of the water industry and its capability to deliver these services sustainably over the long term.
We engage with our customers and communities to enhance knowledge and understanding of the challenges of delivering reliable water and wastewater services, including climate variability impacts affecting water supply, the effects of aging infrastructure, and the pressing need to invest in local water resources and systems.
We also maintain a regular dialogue with our customers via our Customer Service Center, satisfaction and service quality surveys, social media, focus groups, open houses, volunteer events, and plant tours.
