Kentucky American Water partners with many Authorized Payment Locations across the state where you can pay your bill in person. These locations include supermarkets, drug stores and other local merchants.

We strongly encourage customers to make payments only at the authorized payment locations found below. Please note: these locations DO NOT accept payments by mail.
