Kentucky American Water’s Water Loading Stations Now Accepting Credit Card Payments

LEXINGTON, Ky., (March 8, 2018) – For added convenience, Kentucky American Water is now accepting credit card payments for water loading stations located in Fayette County.
Customers that purchase water from the water loading stations located in Fayette County may now utilize credit cards to purchase water. To set up a new account, customers may call 859-269-2386 option 6 to be given an account number and PIN. This information will be used on www.pay4water.com to utilize the credit card payment feature. Customers may also visit our payment lobby located at 2300 Richmond Road, Lexington, Ky., to set up an account.


For customers that choose not to utilize this convenience, they may continue to pay with cash or check at the Kentucky American Water offices located at 2300 Richmond Road between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.


Kentucky American Water’s Fayette County water loading stations are located on Clays Mill Road (near Old Higbee Mill and Man-O-War Boulevard), on South Cleveland Road (next to firehouse #18), and on Old Frankfort Pike (near the police canine unit training facility).
