About billing.

We will continue to bill you monthly for wastewater service. Here’s how the billing transition will work: New Jersey American Water will begin billing you for wastewater service April or May 2026, depending on when your meter is read. The first bill will be prorated and cover wastewater service charges from April 24 through New Jersey American Water’s meter read date in May. You will be billed monthly thereafter. Your wastewater charges will be added to your water bill.

If you have a past due amount with Village at Hawk Pointe and Nature’s Legacy: Any past due amounts for wastewater service billed by Hawk Pointe should be paid to the address provided on their bill. New Jersey American Water cannot accept payments on behalf of Hawk Pointe.
