New Jersey American Water warns against imposters


PLAINFIELD, N.J.(5/9/17) — New Jersey American Water wants to remind customers that our employees will always have official company identification and will arrive in vehicles with the company’s logo prominently displayed. Likewise, New Jersey American Water’s authorized contractors are required to wear official identification and travel in marked vehicles. In addition, for non-emergency situations, New Jersey American Water will usually contact customers before performing work at a home or business.
