Preston Jaquay to oversee commercial departments in McMurray and Mon Valley
Pennsylvania American Water reported today that Preston Jaquay has been
named to the position of field operations supervisor of the company’s
McMurray and Mon Valley Districts, which provide water service to
approximately 71,000 customers throughout Washington County and the Mon
Valley.
In his new position, Jaquay will be responsible for overseeing the
company’s commercial field operations, managing large customer accounts,
maintaining compliance of meter change-outs and testing, and focusing on
complaint escalation resolution. A resident of Charleroi, Jaquay joined
Pennsylvania American Water in 2008 as a meter reader.
“Preston has demonstrated a commitment to our customers during his time
in the McMurray District,” said Dave Gumbert, field operations manager
for Pennsylvania American Water. “His promotion to this new role will
allow him to continue to serve our commercial customers while increasing
his level of responsibility.”
