Davenport: W 67th: Planned Outage Iowa American Water crews will be making improvements to our system in your neighborhood on May 17, 2018. This work will require temporary disruption of your water service. Water service will be turned off at approximately: 9:00 AM and could be interrupted for up to 5 hours. When service is restored, customers may experience cloudy or discolored water. If your water is discolored, wait until it runs clear before using. This should typically take only a few minutes. Bettendorf:Criswell:Lifted Boil Advisory: April 7, 2017 This is Iowa American Water calling to let you know that the precautionary boil water advisory issued in your service area has been lifted. Water quality tests have confirmed the water continues to meet all U-S Environmental Protection Agency, Safe Drinking Water Act standards and regulations. It is no longer necessary to boil your water before drinking or cooking. During this precautionary boil advisory, Iowa American Water performed a series of tests to confirm that the water met regulatory drinking water standards. Samples were taken from sites in the affected area, and tests have confirmed that the water meets all state and federal requirements. Your are receiving this call because you are in the affected area. During this boil advisory, customers should bring their water to a rolling boil for 1 minute before using water for drinking or cooking until further notice. Water is OK for bathing, washing and other common uses. This precautionary boil advisory is being issued in accordance with Iowa Department of Natural Resources regulations as a precaution to protect customers. This boil advisory is expected to be in effect for approximately 4 to 6 hours. You will be notified in the same manner once the boil advisory is lifted.
