We want to let you know about an upcoming planned water main replacement project on Beachwood Ave. As part of this project, a Missouri American Water Company contractor will be checking to see what the water service line on your property is made from. The result will be communicated to you by door hanger. If lead is discovered as part of this investigation, we will have one of our contractors – OJ Laughlin Plumbing Company or Excel Utility Contractors – contact you to discuss next steps. This includes the opportunity to replace the lead portion of your customer-owned water service line at no cost to you. 2019.07.15: Rogue Creek: Do not Consume Order Hello, this is a message from Missouri American Water. We are calling to remind you that the Do Not Consume order for water in Rogue Creek is still active. Water hardness remains high, which can indicate elevated levels of lead in the water. We are addressing the situation as quickly as we can, and hope to have more information to share in the coming days. In the meantime, bottled water will be provided to residents at the Rogue Creek clubhouse beginning the morning of Tuesday, July 16. Main Replacement Project on Garden Ave in Webster Groves, MO This is a message from Missouri American Water. We want to let you know about a planned water main replacement project on Garden Ave between Edgar Rd and S Old Orchard Ave. The work is expected to begin the week of July 15th and continue into September. Our construction crews will be onsite from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If your water service needs to be interrupted, our crews will contact you either in-person or via door hanger the day prior. We will take water quality samples in the area Saturday. The precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect until water quality samples confirm that the water remains safe for consumption.
