St Joseph:Planned Work; November 14, 2017 This is a message from Missouri American Water Company. We want to let you know about our planned water main replacement project that will be occurring in your area. The work is expected to last a month beginning the week of November 13 and continuing until approximately December 29th. Our construction crews will be onsite during the hours of 7AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. Your water service will be interrupted for a short duration during the transfer of your service . Our crews will contact you the day before your service will be transferred in person or by door hanger. For more information, please call our project manager, Roger Sparks, at 816-233-4000 ext 2110. Service Replacement in Webster Groves, MO - Simmons Ave Missouri American Water is in the process of upgrading the waterline on your street. As part of this work, we have been checking your service line material to your house to see if there is lead present. If we found lead, we left additional information with you in person or at your front door regarding how you can get the lead portion of your service line replaced during our water main replacement project. Please review the documents left and deliver the Water Service Line Replacement License to the Construction Crew on site or contact Sr. Operations Technician Jerry Jamboretz at 314-565-5332 for additional questions or comments.
