Wilkes Barre/Scranton: Hanover Township:Ashley:Emergency Main Repair Pennsylvania American Water crews are still on site of a broken 24-inch water main along St. Mary’s Road in Ashley. The break is in a remote location along the creek. Crews have been working to prepare an area where we can safely access the break and begin repairs. We anticipate that repairs will take place later tonight and service will be restored to customers early tomorrow. To ease inconvenience, water tankers are available at the Ashley Firemen’s Park and the entrance to Liberty Hills; customers should bring their own containers when visiting a tanker for drinking water.
